Alex focusses her physiotherapy practice on:

  • Antenatal and postnatal physiotherapy

Alex is passionate about Women’s Health Physiotherapy and improving the health and well being of women across the life stages.  Alex takes a very holistic approach when assessing and treating clients and loves working alongside our team of gynaecologists, obstetricians and naturopaths.

Alex graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2016. Since then, she has extensive experience working at a large metropolitan hospital in Sydney and a private women’s health and musculoskeletal physiotherapy practice.

Alex is eager to learn and has embraced post-graduate training opportunities in women’s health including the Women’s Health Training Associates advanced course for the management of stress urinary incontinence and prolapse. Alex has also completed mat and equipment Pilates training, through the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute.
