To ensure you receive the most appropriate and timely care, you will be sent a triage questionnaire and asked to submit your referral for review. If you do not have a referral yet, or do not intend to get one, you can indicate this on the form.
Obstetric patients do not need to complete a triage questionnaire.
Due to ongoing high demand for specialist women’s health services, appointment wait times can at times be longer than we would like. Please be assured that all referrals are carefully reviewed and prioritised according to clinical urgency.
Please note, the providers at Alana Healthcare manage a broad range of obstetric and gynaecological conditions. Clinical triage is an important part of ensuring patients are directed to the most suitable practitioner and appointment timeframe based on their individual needs.
How to find us
Alana Healthcare is located diagonally opposite Peter’s of Kensington, near the corner of Goodwood Street. We are between McCyclery and Delta Dermatology.
Parking
1/4 hour, 1/2 hour and 1 hour, 2 hour and some untimed on street free parking is available on both Goodwood Street and Elsmere Street.
Public Transport
